I have been putting a stamp order envelope in our mailbox in front of all outgoing mail, highlighting it by "Please drop off at Park Fletcher Post Office". This worked in the past, and we got our stamps the next day. September 1, 2015, an alternate mail carrier, obviously picked it up and with the outgoing mail deposited it for the Sorting Department. One week later, I still have not received the ordered stamps, and I am wondering, if it was lost including the enclosed check. Called the Postmaster's Office, was abruptly disconnected, Customer Service hasn't not traced the missing envelope. I had to spend another amount to get another set of stamps. In the meantime, the envelope and check are floating somewhere within their facilities. No help seem to have located the missing envelope.

I can't even start to describe how terrible the service is. Mail either lost or sent to other addresses,never on time.Everyday we see a new carrier and they are careless .I wish the service would go back like it used to be several years ago,maybe then I don,t have to be at the post office seeking my lost or delayed mail.

2 days ago I received an empty envelope in the mail. The contents were removed or stolen from the package. I'm not sure where to go to make a complaint. I'm deeply troubled over this incident.

I was at the branch a few days ago (08/20/09) I was surprised to observe how little the employees care about their customers. In spite of the waiting line two of the windows were closed and NOBODY CARED. You could see they were doing nothing.When I finally got to the line the gentleman was rude and the impression I got was that HE was doing ME a favor. No wonder your postal Service is failing and broke. Who wants attitude and aggravation?

THIS OFFICE HAS BEEN VERY INEFFECTIVE AND INCONSISTANT IN MAKING DELIVERY CHANGES AND FORWARDING SERVICES OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS..

the postal workers who deliver mail to the "home place" residents- SUCK. they are rude, racist and wont deliver the mail to you. several people have made complaints- all to deaf ears. the mail carriers in the area need to be fired.dont trust your mail to be delivered promptly or properly by these postal workers !home place resident # 1

Some employees there are very disrespectful. I went in with three large boxes to mail. I was having trouble putting them on the counter because they were so big. The woman grabbed the box in the middle so everything above it fell. She then laughed and got very sarcastic with me. I have never been so disrespected, let alone by a government employee. Be careful if you choose this location. If you are expecting great service, don't bother.
