This company shouldn't get any stars Don't work with this company! I was making a custom hat for an autism event when they ruined the font for two different hats which they made. I wasn't happy at all with the final product a high school student which didn't know how to use the embroidery machine to make, yet they told me there was no way for them to give me my money back.

I recently did embroidery work at lids in the great mall milpitas cali not satisfy with the service Rachel the manager there.she was rude and when I ask for changes to my digitizing she respond by saying she can't do nothing but get in touch with cooperate. Also when ask ask for a refund the ugly fat manager refuse what kind of service is where u can't make changes and u can't get a refund. I will not give lids any star that's how bad the service is. People be warn do not buy hat at lids or do embroidery they do an amature job and won't refund or make changes for u. I will not be a return costumer

Like the first reviewer I encountered the exact same problem with customer service. After several attempts to get my compliant resolved through customer service, I was also promised that a district manger would contact me to discuss the issue. Inaddition, I also submitted a written complaint. I was never contacted by anyone from this organization. Please do not buy anything from this company. They do not stand behind their product.

The sales and returns are not fair. I tried to ask for a supervisor at a store and was told no by the acting manager. I called customer service and was told I would have to wait 5 business days for a call from a district manager (ridiculous). I then ask for a supervisor and was put on an indefinite hold. When I called the corporate offices, I was unable to reach a live person. Terrible customer service and I now question the integrity and honesty of the company. Beware of this company that does not stand behind what it says and sends customer care requests into a black hole.
