I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had a pretty big job all wrought iron & wood. The salesman was great. His name was Roger Fields. Non-responsive and frustrating I was quite unhappy with my Economy Fence experience. They were the low bidder, of three, for a backyard wood privacy... (More) I was quite unhappy with my Economy Fence experience. They were the low bidder, of three, for a backyard wood privacy fence. I wanted this fence at least 6' tall and on the first attempt, Economy built it to 5' 6". As a result, they dug up a reset all the posts. Digging up my yard twice, the buried electric had to be totally re-run. And throughout this protracted process which went on for about three weeks, I could never once compel the owner/operator to return one of my calls. Very frustrating. And now, the next year, the pickets have large, up to 1" gaps throughout. Lessening the 'privacy' effect. Bottom line -- use another fence company. Even if they're the cheapest, you get what you pay for. (Hide)
