      At Allegheny West Eye Care, we are committed not only to improving your vision, but also to ensuring the best possible health of your eyes. We combine the time-tested eye examination techniques with the latest technology to diagnose and treat your eyes. We perform cataract evaluations, diabetic eye examinations, glaucoma screenings, and refractive surgery evaluations in addition to comprehensive eye examinations. With our advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment, our doctors can detect these diseases in the early stages and limit the damage they can do to your eyes. Our office is equipped with the Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer, the Zeiss Optic Nerve Analyzer, as well as imaging equipment to diagnose and monitor retinal conditions. And if cataract surgery is required, our office has the Zeiss IOL Master and ocular ultrasound technology to aid in providing accurate optical results. We offer the latest eyeglass fashions in our full service optical, and we specialize in fitting a wide range of contact lenses to accommodate your lifestyle.
