I love shopping here when looking for deals for my kids. Staff is always friendly. Kids have a play area that keep them entertained while I shop.

I would give them a -1 if I could. I wish I had read reviews before wasting my time going there. Girl at the counter was on a personal phone call talking about hanging out with whomever later that day. Did not even get off the phone to address me, I had to wait for her to finish her conversation. I took a tub of brand name excellent condition clothing in and they offered me $2.50 for one jacket. She told me they had a bad reputation of being an over priced thrift store and they were only buying newer styles, which I would buy as an excuse if I didn't look around at all the Walmart brands they were selling used for the same price you could buy them for new. She also tried to show me a "stain" she claimed was on another outfit. I could not see it at all. She tried to convince me the lighting was so much better in their store than in my home. LOL. If you've ever been in there you would know it's NOT that way. Bottom line, I would rather donate to someone in need that ever consider going to this place again. As for purchasing from them, you're better off buying new at Walmart.

Great shop if you have little ones. Don't expect to get a lot of money for used items. Remember they must resale it
