I loved my apt. at 700 w 30th Ave. They rent 1 bdrm apts for $345 a month.But after my lease,they raised the rent to $395 a month.This was not acceptable, as they never fixed anything.When going through a walkfhrough with the agent upon looking at the apt, I asked if I should mention what I see wrong,The agent said no.Only she could write down what she saw.After one year of renting,nothing got fixed.I have killed bugs/spiders etc.My toilet leaks,my sinks leak.The front door has a inch or so gap in it to allow insects to come in.I stayed for a year,as per my lease and now they want more money,while they rent to new tenants for $345 a month.It's as if we get punished for keeping our lease.If I'm going to pay $395 a month,for a 1 bdrm apt.I could be living at the Highlands for another $100 a month.I also, had to prove,that I paid rent,over 3 times,as the ppl in the office,were stealing the moneyj,because they hated the man running this show,which was Ray Siebert.How sad your own ppl would steal from you,because they hated you so much.Guess it's time to find another place.

do not live here. a complete ripoff! you will not get your deposit. outrageous charges at the end of the lease! they deserve a negative star but had to select one. do not live here!

Horrible company. Roaches in the walls and they don't try to help their tenants with anything, no matter how big or small the problem. Don't live in their buildings!
