I really love the staff a Phoenix Dr. Plotka is very good had to stop going there in Jan. 2011. My injury was workcomp and they W/C had me start going to Dr.Shawn Agullarral people in the parking lot selling the pain meds. I hate it I have stop going there I'm upset when people need it for pain and these folks make it hard for us all to get in and out and people selling there pain meds. it's on the news ever night. Dr. Marshall Plotka is good he know when people are in pain with chronic pain and when there just after Pain meds. Waiting can be a little long sometimes but it's worth the wait!!! Stacey E

I was so pleased with my first visit with Dr. Plotka. It did take awhile to get back there and see the doctor, but it was worth the wait. He explained why one of the meds that I was on was not working for me. I was in pain all the time, he started me on a new medicine for me and it has helped me more than anything that I have ever taken. Be patient wait your turn, and he will spend time with your exam, your injury and your lifestyle. I think this is going to be the best PCP that I have ever had.

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Plotka and his staff. The Dr. was very thorough and friendly. We will be regulars of his due to our initial experience. Pleased to have come upon this practice.

I cannot disagree more with the previous rating. I am very happy to be Dr. Plotka's and Dr. Burrell's patient. I find the office staff and the nurses very friendly, helpful and efficient. I am totally at ease and feel safe placing my health in their hands.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The office staff is actually abusive. I was left with my jaw hanging open at some of the things I heard them say to patients.I also had some serious concerns about the care I received, and there is no soundproofing in the building, so you can hear everything that is going on in the adjoining rooms. So much for patient confidentiality!!
