My mom was there for rehab and will never return. She is incontent. I found her more than once with no diaper on -... (More) My mom was there for rehab and will never return. She is incontent. I found her more than once with no diaper on - no underware at all. I found her not dressed - just in a housecoat more than once. Her hair was never washed within a 21 day stay. Once during lunch all the nurses left the floor the same time. I wrote a letter once my mom was gone documentating instances that had occurred. No one even cared enough to contact me concerning the letter.

Upper management is incompetent, leaving the lower management to run around. Assisted living, as most, could really use some help. Due to financial issues, the future of the facility is always in question. (Hide)
