Very Unprofessional staff and Management, I will never stay at another Days inn property.. -10
don't STAY HERE!! contacted Front Desk Clerk (Fri.night @ 11:50pm) to insure someone would be @ the desk. I had left... (More) don't STAY HERE!! contacted Front Desk Clerk (Fri.night @ 11:50pm) to insure someone would be @ the desk. I had left my key, she was really nasty towards me, asked about problem with toilet, I was made aware she wasn't Maintence and didn't have an answer for me. I was traveling alone w/ small children (1 & 7). Upon arriving @ hotel, at 2am, I asked for new towels, explained I would bring dirty towels down to the desk...at 1st she said I could have them (2) only after I sent my to desk to get towels. She informed her she had contacted her Mgr. and he told her not to give me any towels because I had already received service for that day. I then confronted her, which turned into a name calling battle....oh yes..I filed a Police Report, she then calls and says she had spoken w/Mgr. and they wanted us to leave the Days Inn w/o a refund. Moved @ 3am w/children to The Marriot/Fairfield where I was treated like a Guest..Extra Towels they had a room full, not 1 problem.  (Hide)
