      Food is excellent. Not sure about customer service. We made reservations for a large graduation dinner (20 to 25 people). We thought the back room was reserved. The day before the dinner, they decided to tell us we needed a contract, there was a $500 minimum, and we could only order from a set menu. We are very upset. We didn't received any apologies. What happened to customer service? Did I miss something????

OSI Restaurant Partners' portfolio of brands consists of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Roy's, Lee Roy Selmon's, Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits and Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants. It has operations in 50 states and 20 countries internationally. Bonefish Grill specializes in market fresh fish grilled over an oak-burning grill, and an array of sauces and original toppings. Bonefish Grill offers a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, grilled fish dishes, wines and martinis. Bonefish Grill is known for using ingredients such as hearts of palm, pine nuts, artichokes, goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
