      Kerr floors has done all of the flooring in my home. They did a great job on the carpet and vinyl but they did an exceptional job on the hardwood. I would and have recommended them to everyone. They are currently doing work on my parents house too.

      Best of...NOTHING

      The company put linolium flooring in a rental of mine 2 years ago. The flooring was not glued down properly, was not placed under the baseboard and was not installed in one peice. The seam for the two pieces completely came apart. The flooring also came up around the walls. When it was taken up it was barely sticking to the floor because they had not properly prepared the floor. The renters stated the floor started coming up within a year of their moving in. Unfortunately they did not tell me. I called the flooring company to fix the problem and they stated that since it had been over a year they wouldn't do it. Further, they stopped returning my phone calls. I had two estimates from other flooring companies who both commented that the floor was not laid down properly and that was the reason for the problem. Two years later I have to replace the whole floor.
