I took my 99 silverado in for a new fuel pump. $900 later they fixed the problem; but it came out with many more.... (More) I took my 99 silverado in for a new fuel pump. $900 later they fixed the problem; but it came out with many more. Upon start up I had no fuel gauge, temperature, A/C, 4/4, wipers,cruise, oil temp... basically no dash instruments. They said I needed a new dash cluster for $500 plus labor,, another $950. I went to Kragen and they said my fuses were in the wrong places. I opened my hood and put in the correct ones, and everything went back to pre- Delillo condition. Leads me to believe that they "adjusted" my fuses to mimic another expensive, un-necessary work order. Thus said I will never take my vehicle, nor would I recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Delillo Chevrolet in Huntington on Beach Blvd. (Hide)

Brought my truck into service because it had an engine misfire. They charged me $80 to check it out and they told me... (More) Brought my truck into service because it had an engine misfire. They charged me $80 to check it out and they told me that it was something I did to the engine with the modified intake that it had. They wanted to charge me $1300 to take the heads off to check. I took it it home and found the $40 "coil pick up sensor" that was bad and causing the misfire. I talked to someone at the dealer about it, he said he would look into what he could do about getting my $80 bucks back, I never heard back from him. DON'T take your car there or buy a car from them!
