I'm really pleased here. I've come out to the pool to see families here. I've called for repairs and the response is quick. It's a new group of employees for a whle now and the maintenance guys are so good and thorough unlike before. Things get done. The manager is always out working on the grounds. It's just a pleasantly friendly place. I have great neighbors. This is year two. I like where I live.

This complex has gotten bad reviews mostly because the staff was so hard to deal with. Well, we got a new manager and now this place is great. It's a friendly enviornment and the staff is very helful! The grounds are really pretty with little ponds with waterfalls all around. There are a lot of trees and grass everywhere. It's a quiet little community but everyone is really nice. The type of people to lend you a cup of sugar if you needed. :) The apartments are clean and spacious, and if there's a problem it will get fixed within a day or two. For the money it's the best around, and bonus it's about 3 miles from the beach, and walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. The only issue is the guest parking, there isn't any, but across the street is a huge Home Depot and they allow us to park over there. I've never had any issues parking at Home Depot. So, that's not really a huge deal. Basically, this place is great and the reviews saying it's bad aren't really relevant any
