DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Amir the owner doesnt know the meaning of good customer service. Took almost 4 weeks to get our furniture as apparently some of it was backordered and they didn't tell us. Then we get it home and notice our almost $2,000 leather couch is leaning on both ends so husband turns it over and see that the steel frame is bent! Obivously dropped during shipping. We call owner to tell him about it and they want to send a REPAIR GUY to repair our $2k couch. We say no we bought a NEW couch, not a repaired couch. Owner gets extremely RUDE and says doesnt care if we put all furniture out at curb, he's not taking it back and basically we can go screw ourselves. Has to nerve to say WE damaged the couch ourselves. Like we're going to turn our new $2k leather couch over and jump up and down on the metal frame ON BOTH ENDS until it bends!! Are you kidding ME?!?!?!?!? Buy your furniture anywhere else but Texas Furniture HUT - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!!
