I had used them before to move a large safe into my basement and they were fantastic! This time was to move to a new home.The "wife" (I forget her name) showed up at my house. We walked through, we discussed dates. She told me she would call me back with confirmation and a price. Never heard from her. As the moving date came closer I started to call. No return calls. I did get people in the office, once I got the husband! He put me on hold, then came back with a change of attitude and told me she'd call me. She never did! Not at home, work, or cell. I finally sent them a certified letter cancelling.What was equally appalling is that during the walk-through, she opened dresser draws in my bedroom, without asking first, to "see" what was inside. That was bizarre! If they didn't want my business, all they had to do was tell me they couldn't handle it! Instead they left me hanging. Use them at your own risk! (Hide)
