The Dump is a great furniture store. They have a variety of items at reasonable prices! If you decide to check it out and find something . . . you better get it because it might not be there the next time you go!

The store displays are gorgeous the products are safe. However, customer services needs to be worked on. New parents like us need at least 5 minutes of your time when it comes to the babys safety in relation to the items being purchased (help us ease our worries) , especially for expensive purchases.

I would never buy anything from this store again. Purchased a leather chair July 3, 2012. It was deliver with three brads missing on the front of the right arm. Called before truck even got down the street. Was told they would take the chair back, no replacements available, but would have to pay the delivery charge for their defective merchandise. Have worked for four months with no satifaction. They are not a good place to buy furniture. Their guarantee you buy isn't wort the paper it is written on.

Bought a Bedroom set from The Dump last week. The sales people are nice and helpful but after that it's downhill. At the delivery, they brought the wrong pieces, and they would not take them back. It takes 4 days to get a replacement and no refunds whatsoever, but they will charge you 10% if you are not home when they show up or if you want to make changes to your order. So, I would not buy from them again just for the lack of customer service. I have to sleep on the floor for four days, miss work again to be home for the delivery of replacement parts and no type of compensation from their part. The money I saved in furniture price, I lost by loosing another day of work. I hate to be negative about anything but this is not right. Hope this helps.
