I recently got into an accident in the galleria area. My 09 Nissan Altima got side swiped and a lot of paint damage was done to the car. The tow truck driver recommended Ramy's Garage and I'm glad he did. I met Ramy himself and he assured me that I leave my car there for a couple of days and it would look like new. I was skeptical at first but when I came back my car looked just as goos as it did before the accident. I definitely recommend this body shop to anyone who needs work done on their car! Very satisfied. Highly recommend. I had to change my front & rear bumpers and most important is to adjust the hood frame as it swayed because of the accident. Bumpers changed with new ones and front hood frame is adjusted as new. Paid exactly as quoted even I had a mistake in memorizing what I paid deposit & I thought I paid less deposit & he corrected me which shows the honesty of him. time wise is Ok, he want to delay it for few more days but when I told him I really need it for my work, he finished it right away and called me to come & take it. Very friendly & honest. When I told him it's not insured & I'll pay from my pocket he gave me a good deal.

I was in Houston where the back glass on my Nissan 350z was smashed and my car was broken into. I called several auto glass repair shops and none of the big auto glass repair chains were able to replace my glass until the next day or they wanted me to drive to Dallas to get it repaired as no one had the glass in stock. I was so glad to find Ramy's garage on stancliff road. Not only did he have the glass, but they did an excellent job and I was able to drive back to Kansas the same day. I was Traveling to Houston on a business trip, As i was driving on Highway I 10 my side passengers window was stroke by a rock causing the window to explode from the contact. I had looked up Car window replacement as I was forced to stop on the side of the freeway at an ah of what just happened. I googled Car window replacement it directed me to Ramy's Garage, the wonderful gentlemen behind the desk put me at ease and gave me a car to use for the moment so that I can still go to my meeting while the car was being fixed. After my meeting I went back to Ramy's Garage to pickup the car and it was all done, thanks to Ramy's Garage. The service was outstanding and the price was very good. Thank you Ramy

we are a shop who tried to deliver parts to these people, after unloading the parts that we were going to sell to them it was discovered that not all parts requested were loaded for this delivery. we asked the guy presumably Ramy if we could get paid and return tomorrow to drop off the small part left behind, he refused. So we were forced to bring back all parts to our place until All parts could be delivered the next morning. Well this guy refused to load my truck and turned phones to answer machine so we could reason with him to help our driver load the 1000 pound plus part. And to think we cut our price several hundred dollars from our asking price to accomodate his customer. i guess no good deed goes unpunished. If this is the way he treats his vendors i would hate to see how customers are treated. thanks for the space. Coyote Used Auto Parts
