I go to this store and i love it, they are so helpful and i love the owners Paul and Sherri.. she is awesome because if they don't have something she will look it up and try to order for me. They are so down to earth people. I've also been to the new store in Humble and they are helpful also. I highly recommend both stores.

My husband tore ACL and cartilage in his knee so the doctor wrote an order for knee brace. We went here per doctor and bought a knee brace. Fast forward to 3wks later at doctors follow up appt. Doctor says what is that on your knee, it was the wrong brace! Went back to the store with brace, box and receipt. Got an attitude from workers and owner Jeff. He staed he would not refund, exchange or store credit. Because his little cross reference sheet said that was the right brace. A sheet of paper! I asked then do you think doctor is wrong and does not know what his patients need. I f someone buys something at his store are they supposed to go to doctors to make sure they are given the right things. He replied he could not take it back because FDA does not allow it, it was worn and doctor should specify better. I finally stated it is not about $$$ but the principle of simply knowledging they made a mistake and lack of business ethics. He "met me half way" refunded only half back. Please be ware!!
