HORRIBLE . DON'T GO they won't call you back they don't send fax they don't do followups they DON'T CARE about their patients they won't even tell you if they called in prescription you have to call the pharmacy your self I just missed a dental appt i waited on for 2 wks from another lovett dental that i missed because this loved dental didn't fax my info for OVER A WK THEY HAVE BEEN ASKED COUNTLESS TIMES....i had MAJOR work done and i wish i would of chose some where else its a MESS and this is PEOPLES HEALTH THEY ARE PLAYING WITH!!!!

My kids saw Dr. Nguyen and she was very nice to my kids. I will refer my family and friends to lovett dental. Thanks for a great experience1

I took my daughter to see the oral surgeon for her wisdom teeth. The appointment was quick and my daughter did not feel anything. She was happy she had the procedure and the staff was nice.

I went to Lovett Dental and had a great experience the staff was friendly and informative regarding my insurance benefits. I like theyn offer saturday appointments. I will recommend this office to my family and friends.

I went to Lovett Dental because my insurance changed and I had to choose from a list of doctors. I am glad I picked this office it coveres my entire family. The have a children speciality as well as braces. I have 4 kids different ages needing different types of services and Lovett provided that from my familt I would recommend to family and friends

I recently switched my dental provider to Lovett Dental and I am glad I did. The staff is friendly and the Doctor sure understands a patients needs as well as wants. I found it to be the best experience I have had in a long time. I recommend this dental office to anyone in need of care.

I visited with a swollen face to get some prescription to get rid of the pain and infection, instead they gave me a $38 exam that they advertise as FREE, and did not prescribe any meds. When I asked "Don't you have to wait till the infection is gone?" he said "We need to pull the tooth out and it will be $248...(x5)" he kept repeating as I didn't understand the first 4 times. It's more of a business than patient service. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Go to Joliet or Castle Dental across the street instead. Again, horrible service and unprofessional staff.

This place is horrible! My 4 year old daughter had some work done and after making us wait in the waiting room for 3 hours (while the pediatric dentist saw kids that came in after us) they took us to the back where they strapped my poor child down before even giving her a chance to fight. This child lives to please people. There is no way she would have fought the dentist. Then they submitted the insurance papers wrong and when I told them how the insurance company told me they should be submitted, they gave me attitude about how it's a game that the insurance company plays and that they were submitted correctly. I told him I just want to make sure that we are not held responsible and he told me "If insurance doesn't pay, you will be responsible." Then I asked him to send me proof that they were submitted correctly and he backed off and said he would re-submit. What a headache this place causes. I will never, ever subject my family to that place again!

Please don't go to this place. I'm still in pain and they caused it. They are friendly, but that's it. If pain is not important to you then be my guest. Most importantly the lie about the dentist returning your calls. RUNNNNNNNN!
