I used them for several of my purchases and just recently for a refinance on my condo. They are very easy to work with, deliver the paperwork on time, and have reasonable fee structure. I never feel rushed when I'm at a closing, just the opposite.

I love this company. They are perfect but man I can get an escrow open at night, and get a new deal going with an escrow number, escrow instructions and make great progress over the weekend, where with any other escrow company if I got an offer accepted by my seller on a Friday Night, I would have to wait until Monday to start the escrow. Not with Harris Title, they don't skip a beat, I am three days ahead by the time Monday rolls around. The owner is so progressively minded and service oriented.

Theye also work really hard and is very responsive. And if that is not enough, Harris Tile is incredibly intuitive. They helped us through the process of refining what we were looking for. They knew the places we needed to see so that we could both understand what we really wanted and better understand the market. They also have an incredible sense of humor and is fun to work with! We will definitely work with them again.
