When I first did business with them, they were wonderful to deal with. Now, less than a year later, my furniture is splitting. They will not return phone calls or emails and now their website is down. I am assuming they went out of business. This is unfortunate for people like me who appreciated that they worked on payments with me.

You will be lucky to get 1 year out of that Chinese stuff Baybrook is pawning off as "quality furniture." I wasn't lucky, the headboard broke where the side rails attach after 10 months of light use. When you ask for warranty repairs is when the fun begins. They play that game of schedule and forget hoping you will get frustrated and go away. I complained about all the no-shows and this John guy gets annoyed and actually threatened me! Then he had a girl call and tell me they are going to all of a sudden add a $40 fee to my warranty claim!



Don't take my word about their dishonesty, look at some of the other review sites, on superpages they put three 5-star reviews, all worded exactly the same, all on the same day. Baybrook is using stooge email accounts to counter the bad reviews of honest folks. I wish I had read some of those honest reviews before I ever got involved with these Craigslist carpet baggers.

What Baybrook sells is NOT quality name brand furniture, it is Chinese junk that from my experience breaks very easily. Take a look at their online catalog, no name brands there.

Just wait until you have a warranty issue which they apparantly have a lot of since they get up tight when you ask them to replace something. The game they play is setting up delivery dates for the replacement and just not showing up, no phone call, no nothing. I caught John in a lie about how many times he stood me up for delivery of a headboard that failed. The wood the heavy looking sleigh bed headboard is made from is like balsa wood, you can break it with your hands! Anyway, after I caught John in a lie he sent me a nasty email saying I would have to pick up the headboard if I wanted it, he would no longer deliver it as promised. These are really low class people. Better to go to a furniture store that stands behind what they sell. (Hide)

I could not find the location of the store I was originally looking for that I got a quote from so I looked up furniture stores on my SP mobile phonebook app and found Baybrook. I am glad I did too! Got a better price and my iPhone GPS took me straight there. I love my iPhone! LOL. On top of that I killed two birds with one stone and had lunch next door at the Sunbway. Thanks Baybrook! -VT

Had a great experience with this small business. Found exactly what I was looking for with the great service of conducting most of the correspondence from home or work. Saw the same furniture at another store for much more, am thrilled & completely satisfied by their excellence in customer service, low price, & they were very prompt in delivering.

Please disregard the negative comments on our business. There are two other companies (both are our competitors) who are out to slander our good name. Apparently, they can not compete & feel the need to attack an honest family owned business. We are currently suing them for slander, defamation, and lost of business. They have even gone to lengths of purchasing flagging software to boot our online classified ads. We hope that there are customers out there who will see them for what they are. And realize that we are honest, good hearted people who are being victimized by other dealers in the furniture business who are nothing but dishonest scam artists. We have kept these negative comments on this page for that sole purpose of our lawsuit. You can see for yourself that these businesses have gone to every directory online & left horrible reviews regarding our company, even some on the same exact day with different user names. We apologize to our customers for dealing with all of this immaturity & drama.

I went here a purchased a matress for my sister for a birthday gift. About one month later the matress actually riped in two of hte corners and all the stuffing came out. I called babybrook and they tried to say it was my falt. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.....................

I usally don't write bad thing about business's, but when i purchased some furniture from this place, it had a large crack on the wood area of the bed. I didnt see it at first but the next day my husband spotted it. So i called Baybrooke to let them no that, they said that there was nothing they can do and that I proubley did it.......... I want to remind you that this crack was all the was down the bed and when they set it up, they hid it against the wall............. PLEASE if you are looking for any type of Furniture, go any place but Baybrook. I ended up selling it for $400 less then what i purchased it as, and got a way better bed and consideration from a place in katy. I think it was called Katy Furniture.

I purchased a matress at Baybrook furniture ( that was high), but i loved it. ONE month later the matress started to cave in and one one side there was a lump and on the other was a whole. I retured to Baybrook with the matress and they wouldnt do anything about it. They actullay asked me to purchase another matress. I svaed up for months to get a new matress and it was one of the best they had at Baybrooke. I would hate to see what the cheap one's do............. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS, THEY DONT DESERVE IT. NOW im stuck with a faulty matress with holes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
