Great service, I didn't even know they were there until I was stopped at the light on Horsham Rd. I needed my garbage disposal serviced and they had a coupon on this website for $10 off, cant beat that. Office staff is super nice, and they gave me a early morning appointment.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so happy with my service I had to write. I noticed my dryer wasn't drying as well and had a funny smell when I ran it. Ed came out, laid out drop cloths, and cleaned out the dryer vent. I couldn't believe how much lint he got out of the dryer. Afterwards he cleaned up, it was like he was never there. I would definitely use Dave's again, great local small business! They even have a coupon on their website that you can use anytime it never expires!

Called the office to get on the schedule to repair my ice maker in my freezer, as the prior repair company couldn't fix. The office got me on the schedule the next morning. The technician fixed the problem, had the parts on his truck! No waiting for parts to come in! I'm so happy that Dave's Appliance fixed it in one visit! Unlike the other repair company. Very HAPPY customer. I will definitely use again!

Dave's was out to replace a belt on my dryer and clean the vent out - since they were there I also asked the tech to replace my filter on our 2 yr old refrigerator, which they also did. Dave's is always punctual and does good work, however, the costs are astronomical and I am not sure worth the cost. The technician was there for exactly one hour and they charged me $700!! Ridiculous, sorry to say - we will not be using their service again.

My dishwasher just quit working one day in the middle of a big family dinner. I was very upset and although I had the help from all my family it was not what I wanted them to do. So I called Dave's and their 24 hour answering service actually scheduled me and appointment for the next morning. I was so pleased and couldn't wait for it to be fixed. One of his employees came by the next morning with a great attitude and fixed it with no problem. He was super nice and friendly and it was just great. I would recommend Dave's to anyone with any appliance problem. His service from his employees is amazing! The 24 7 day a week answering service is live people not some robot stuff! It just very easy!

Excellent Service! I went to the office to see if they had a part I needed instead of waiting 2 week for it to come in the mail from lowes. Dave had the part and offer to install it for a reasonable price. He came out installed it and im so happy I didn't have to wait 2 weeks! Thanks

My friend knows alittle about appliances and came over to look at my washer and he said I most likely needed a new part. So I called Dave and had him come double check and he was right. So dave had the part in his truck and installed it for me. My washer runs great now and Dave service was very helpful. He is a nice man and does his job right! Thanks DAVE!

If you have any trouble with any appliance I definitely recommend calling Dave! I had some trouble with my stove the morning I was about to cook a big family dinner and I called and got excellent service over the phone and he came by that day to fix it! It wasn't a big problem but the fact he came by that day and fixed with a smile on his face and such a great attitude made me thankful I called him to help me out. My dinner that night went as planned thanks to him!

Briefly; if you have a front load machine, don't call Dave's. The tech hates front loads. He just assumed that the control board needed to be replaced from listening to the machine. I paid $94 for the service call with no fix. I then called Frigidaire who led me through a diagnostic test and found out it was only the door latch. $55 part versus a $325 part. When I called them back, It was cheaper to just have someone else to come put the latch on then to have Dave's come back for additional money, albeit I figured out what was wrong on my own. My machine is now fixed. Basically, call a company that deals in high end appliances if that's what you have. To be fair, the service men were pleasant.

I contacted Dave's via email on a Sunday. Got an email reply within 2 hours, on a Sunday. The technician that was coming out also gave me the option to text him. Whenever I texted, he replied immediately. He arrived within the time frame I had requested. When he arrived, he was pleasant and knew what he was doing. He explained what was wrong with my dryer and fixed it for me. I will definitely call Dave's again if I have problems with any of my appliances. No question about it.

I have used Dave's many times and i am always impressed. They are always on time and very clean. When they left i couldnt even tell they had been here (besides having a working appliance). Very nice people and when something breaks, I know exactly who to call. GREAT SERVICE!!

Dave's Appliance Repair is the most honest & professional service you could possibly imagine. I called them to repair my washer. Once the repairman arrived, he told me the repairs would cost over $700 and (because the year I bought my washer was the year the bugs hadn't been worked out yet) it could have other problems requiring more repairs in the future. Instead, he helped select a washer from a retailer that not only cost less than the repairs, but would be reliable. While at my house, he also repaired the microwave, which my teen had broken that morning. He replaced one part, and said the other part could simply be glued, saving over $100 in parts. He heard my freezer icemaker running nonstop (it is not hooked up), so he flicked a switch so I would save on electric - without my asking and at no charge. The repairman showed up on time, was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and neat. Our family has found our forever repair service for our home appliances.

Dave's Appliance Repair came out quickly, showed up on time, great customer service and fixed the problem. I have to say this is the first time I have had to call an appliance repair person so I am not sure what the going rate is but in the future I will inquire about rates and estimates prior to work being done. I gave them 3 stars because I felt they are very expensive. It was $100 an hour for service alone and additional fee for the parts plus tax. When I have had heating and plumbing people come out in the past they always give an estimate before starting work and charge by the job rather than the hour which I prefer.
