The service does not rate a 1 in my opinion.....for this one particular delivery attempts. Why should the patrons have to pay a fee to let the driver know when you will be home for delivery? that is a way to place the cost to the clients!

Very helpful. I missed a delivery at my office, so I called customer care. They contacted the driver and then gave me his next few addresses so I could meet him to get my package. Really saved my weekend. Thanks

This store only has a long distance phone number with automated messages, that don't let you get information to the driver as to when to deliver the package, therefore, in order to relay the information, you must leave that information on the green... (More)
