Stated I would have my package on a date and no later and never got a notice and the package is now going to be delivered 3 days later with no contact other than me going online to see it. I am starting to hate UPS.......Don't even call the 800 number and ask for a representative, the system will send you in circles and you will never speak to anyone before it hangs up on you....

Where is my package? I paid 50 dollars more to have it delivered. I ordered the same thing for my kid in Philly. It was delivered mine has not been. It's 8.22 at night. The person in charge needs fired.

I order from us cellular on December the 30 pd for two day shipping. Well of course since it was the new year a holiday I knew it would probably be late. Well then I called on Tuesday jan.2 and ups said it would arrive by Thursday Jan. 4 well we had a weather issue because of a little snow. Understandable because being in the South we see one flurry and everything shuts down. Well then they said it would be here Friday Jan.3 it was put on the truck and scanned out at 10:24 that morning. I stayed at home all day and called three times and each time I called they promised me it would be here because it has,already been put on the truck that morning. It was on the way. It may be a little late because of all the packages that did not get delivered form the day before which mine was one. I called again at 830 and they told me it would be delivered. Then my status changed In till Monday jan.8 .This is so wrong. Now I live 20 min. Away from where it was coming from. Waited all day at home and night. And this package was scan out at 10:24 am and they say I want receive it until Monday. I do not like ups they never deliver on time. There is no excuse why my package did not come on Friday Jan 5. Now I have to work on Monday and no one will be here to receive it... I never have a problem with fed x..... This is no way to run a bussines.

Paid for expedited shipping on a package I needed by a certain date, which happened to be on a Friday. Came home from work to see a slip on the door that they had tried to drop it off but I wasn't home, so they took it back to the shipping facility. I live in an apartmenr complex, and did not request a signature on the package, and no attempt was made to drop it off at the front office which is what has always happened in the past. Called UPS, and they informed me I could pick the package up between 7 and 7:30 at this facility, but to make sure I was there on time as they close at 7:30. I arrived just past 7 and stood in line, watching as person after person in the same situation as myself was told their driver wasn't back yet. By the time I got to the front of the line, it was just before 7:30. I was told the same thing as those before me. I was then told that they had no idea where the driver was or when he would be back, but they still needed to close at 7:30 but they could "send the driver a message of what my car looked like and I could wait in the parking lot". Otherwise I would have to return to pick up my package on Monday. Very unhappy.

I ordered something that was Prime with my Amazon Prime Membership. It was guaranteed to be delivered by Thursday at 8PM. That didn't happen. I called Amazon on Friday morning and they patched me through to this UPS in my area. I ended up speaking to Ron, the Supervisor. He was the nicest and most accommodating customer service person I've probably ever dealt with. He apologized sincerely for my inconvenience of not receiving what I ordered, when I ordered it. He tracked down my package and delivered it himself, even though he wasn't a driver, when he finished work. I wasn't home at the time and he called to let me know it had been delivered. It wasn't in his job description at all to do this for me, but he went out of his way to make sure I had what I ordered, it was pertinent for an event I was helping host. For a supervisor to go that far out of the way meant the world. Thank you Ron!!

Not too happy right now. Christmas gift was ordered on 12/18 and arrived at local facility on 12/21. I guess someone is enjoying the gift. My wife won't because it is LOST!

Horrible service. I ordered a package and they placed it on my porch in the rain and it got damaged. I called today to see if I could just pick it up they told me no I should have paid for that service prior to them getting it. I explains to theady why I wanted to pick it and she got an attitude and said they are only the shipper. She even hung up on me and guess what the next two days its schedule to rain

Package was delivered on the day said but driver already had the slip prepared before he exited the truck. I understand they are in a time limit but 2 seconds isn't one of them.

Customer support does not try to assist. They tell me they can not add a phone number so the driver can call. He is obviously trying to deliver to the wrong house. Very dissatisfied with UPS.

Jerks live in the apartments behind them really like to thank the jerk that keeps laying on their horns starting at 3 am especially love the yelling and blaring of horns... Really you didn't notiice that a community lives right behind u thanks I'd rather use fedex or dhl

First of all, what delivery service isn't open on Saturday? Secondly, how do you not recognize an apartment number. Thirdly, if you don't, why not deliver it to the office, and lastly, why is it that when the apt. number has been made obvious online, does it take more than 24 hours to register? WORST delivery service ever.

my medications were shipped 2nd day air on 11Feb to be delivered on Feb 13. bad weather had held it up and I received an email saying it would be delivered on Feb 17th then I received an email today (18 Feb) that it would be delivered today by close of business it's 8:30 PM here and I still don't have it. Theres been someone here all day and no attempt to deliver it. Heres the big problem this medication has to be refrigerated at all times and is packed with freezer packets which would have melted by the third day. I will have to return it when it gets here because if it reaches room temp but I can't return it if it isn't delivered!!! I live within 3 blocks of the UPS depot here in Hope Mills NC but they never deliver before dark. UPS Is not who You want to use..

The service does not rate a 1 in my opinion.....for this one particular delivery attempts. Why should the patrons have to pay a fee to let the driver know when you will be home for delivery? that is a way to place the cost to the clients!

Horrible just horrible my partners paid for a package to be here Monday it was supposed to be here Monday for a reason well they changed it and updated it on third own to deliver Tuesday which was not what we paid for and when I called I got told well I don't know why we delayed it and no you can't pick it up even though its up the road

Ups had been really great up until I had a package go missing or stolen. I don't really know what happen. Now they won't leave a package at all. I sorry but when you leave a package out in the open it has a higher chance of getting stolen than let say putting it on a book case that has other stuff on it. Hiding it so it is out of plain sight for everyone else. I call customer service and they said that I can bring them a notarized statement saying that I want them to leave the package. That from that point on they will leave an attemped notice that has to be signed then the driver will leave it. I said they leave a notice now that I can sign then they will leave a package. I really starting to dislike ups. They are a pain in my side.

Paid for overnight shipping. Package was not left, didn't even try and leave it with the office staff at our apartment office. There wasn't even a door tag stating delivery was even attempted. Now they wont attempt to deliver until Monday? I know UPS runs on Saturday, why wasn't today attempted? Had a tag been left I could have gone and picked it up last night. Now Im stuck on hold with a 800 number trying to see if I can go pick the package up myself. Ridiculous! Their office is closed on the weekends, so I am stuck waiting on an item I could have saved $20 on shipping for. This is why I do my best to NEVER use them.
