      A steady stream of cars drive in and out of the parking lot in front of Fukuya, one of the Oahus most popular okazu-ya traditional Japanese take-out. A fourth-generation business, the ladies who take your orders and do the cooking obviously know everything worth knowing about making tasty sushi, furikake or shiso musubi, chow fun, potato hash, mochiko chicken, teri 'ahi and other tasty plate lunches.
