(More) I have shopped at Sears for many years and there is one thing in particular I have noticed, the lack of floor staff when you need assistance. Sometimes even the cashier stands have only one person working, with a long line of people waiting to purchase items. I don't dress too shabbily, and almost without fail, everytime I go into a Sears store, people ask me for assistance because they think I work there. I can be minding my own business, holding items for purchase, just browsing, and almost invariably, someone will ask if I work there. I am sure this happens to a lot of people. It is incredibly annoying and rude of people to just assume I work in a store. I usually bite their heads off just for asking, because I am tired of it. Sears needs to hire a lot more employees and pay them better. It is unfair for their customers to be harrassed for help because there is a big shortage of staff in the store. I can't even enjoy my shopping experience because of this. Enough said!!!!!  (Hide)
