(More) We have been to 3660 On The Rise a handful of times now. It appears that it is a rather popular local haunt, probably because of its location away from Waikiki in a more residential area. It's not a place for a quiet, romantic meal as the place gets jumping during peak times. There is a lot of conversation, but not to the point of being annoying. Parking can get a bit tight, but where isn't it in Honolulu. The food is worth the effort. The dishes, especially with the fresh seafood, are imaginative and tasteful. Get there early, however, as a couple of times they ran out of the special for the evening (they sounded incredible). Enjoy! (Hide)
