      Conifer Woods Apartments is nestled in a residential area on the stunning Kenai Peninsula, in scenic Homer, Alaska. The complex sits on 2.133 acres of green lawn and spruce trees, with four recently rehabilitated buildings that house 32 apartments. There are 8 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments and each building has two enclosed entryways. You can enjoy ten minute walks to Beluga Lake, Lakeside Shopping Mall, Kachemak Center, and Pioneer Avenue. Each apartment has energy-efficient, full-sized range, dishwasher and refrigerator. We have a centrally located laundry facility with 3 high capacity washers and 3 high capacity dryers. There is an enclosed playground, and ample resident and guest parking. Conifer Woods Apartments are subsidized by USDA Rural Development and the rental contribution is roughly calculated at 30% of the resident's adjusted monthly gross income. Residents must meet income/eligibility requirements.
