His office staff is disorganized and rude. I had several appointments scheduled where I was given and appointment card only to show up and be told I was not scheduled to be there. Each time because I had my card they said they would fit me in. I waited close to two hours each time. The last time they forgot about me after putting me in a room. I had been told to undress from the waist down and he would be in any minute. After 40 minutes I had to call the front desk (since I wasn't dressed) and tell them to get him in there. It was incredibly upsetting. When I had my daughter he was terrible. Every time I tried to push and didn't make progress he would roll his eyes at me. He left me with two nurses for over an hour because he was mad at me for taking too long to deliver. I wanted to have a natural birth and I wanted to delay cutting her cord. He told me I was not intelligent and wrong to do so. He forced me to have my daughter vacuumed out. He popped the vacuum off her head several times and she had several open wounds on her head from this. Being my first baby I was insulted my wishes weren't allowed and my birth experience was so horrible. I wasn't able to go skin to skin and several other things happened I won't even get into. I will never go back to his office. It's his way or the highway, period.
