We love CBM! Their curriculum doesnt start and end with subject matter. It includes a holistic understanding of a childs emotional, cognitive, and physical needs to maximize learning and development. Montessori children have a hard time answering the question, What did you learn today? because every aspect of their day is a learning experience. Growth and learning spawn from collaborative efforts among children, teachers and parents. My childrens progress is consistently and clearly communicated to me. I cannot say enough about the quality and variety of their educational materials. Children focus on their particular interests across various subject areas which allow flexibility to optimize learning and experience the joy of learning. True intrinsic learning is practiced very well. We are treated with compassion and respect at CBM. It is a sense that is not contrived, but rather instilled in the everyday threads of our interactions. It has become a second home for my children.

We joined Cherry Blossom Montessori (CBM) in 2010 and have all positive things to say. It's not just a school, it's a family. The faculty and staff are warm and friendly and genuinely care about our child's development and growth. The joyful and loving environment the teachers create help promote a sense of pride and respect in the children. The multi-age, family-like grouping is perfect for our daughter. Her love of learning has doubled since she started and she has really thrived at CBM. She is excited to start Lower Elementary in September and our son will be starting the Primary Program as well.

Our son joined The Cherry Blossom Montessori (CBM) school in January 2011, a month after we moved to Hillsborough. After researching and visiting several preschools in the area, we significantly favored CBM. We were very impressed with the Faculty & Administration, the Montessori approach to teaching and most of all the sincere interest in our son and his education. Our son started out in the Stepping Stones program and is presently in the Primary program. In 1 1/2 years we have seen our very shy child evolve and grow. The things that our son is learning at such an early age is very impressive and we can only credit this to CBM and their highly educated, professional and very caring teachers. For us, CBM is the right choice and the best investment we are making for our children. We love CBM. We love the Faculty & Administration.
