      Founded in 1987, Dayspring Village is a privately owned adult residential facility that serves people suffering from schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders. It offers mental health services, as well as assistance with medication, meals, laundry, housekeeping, money management and transportation. The facility specializes in community-based personal care, weight monitoring, crisis assessment, and on-site case management and laboratory services. Dayspring Village s facility features common areas and dining rooms to serve meals. Each of its rooms is equipped with a private bathroom, television, air conditioner system and microwave oven. The facility conducts various activities, including field trips, picnics and holiday parties. Dayspring Village is a member of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, Amelia Island Fernandina Beach Chamber of Commerce and Florida Health Care Association. The facility is located in Hilliard, Fla.
