Excellent experience with A & O Home Delivery
Our NC dealer contracted with A&O to deliver 6 pieces of Thomasville furniture to our FL home. The negative A & O reviews concerned us but we were pleasantly surprised. Everything with the delivery went smoothly. It had taken our dealer over 2 months to get the "in stock" items to A & O. As soon as A & O received the furniture they promptly scheduled the delivery and notified us by telephone plus email. Their truck arrived on schedule, the delivery crew was very professional patiently unpacking , unloading and carefully assembling our beautiful furniture. No complaints with A & O just praise.

These guys are criminals who will install your furniture well, and then steal your meds! Do not let these guys near your house. Worse case, have them install it outside and get your neighbors to help carry it in. This way, they'll only take stuff from your garage! I know things get misplaced, but in this case, we are 100% certain these installers stole medicine from our bathroom, which was not even near the room they were installing in. I was surprised to see an install in my master bathroom, when there was a bathroom in the hall... After they left, an entire bottle of medicine was missing. No one else was there. I called A&O's main office, and they didn't seem to care. Not ever real concern... just... hum, "I'll try to have a manage call you back." Again, stay away from A&O!

They have delivered furniture to my home four times and it's been damaged each time..... Very slow and they don't always communicate real well.(ie: return calls as promised). Given a choice I wouldn't use them again. On a more positive note the delivery guys are polite and friendly.
