Horrid. I came home today, a Friday to find I had no working internet. I called, and they said "ohh, we did an upgrade, your modem won't work anymore." They gave me 2 options- wait 3 days for one to come in the mail, or take time away from my work o... (More) Horrid. I came home today, a Friday to find I had no working internet. I called, and they said "ohh, we did an upgrade, your modem won't work anymore." They gave me 2 options- wait 3 days for one to come in the mail, or take time away from my work on Saturday to drive to their office, wait in line, and maybe they could exchange my modem- total cost in missed work and gas over $50. Meanwhile I have work to do from home and am sitting here burning data on my tethered phone, that while expensive is at least reliable. What kind of morons do an upgrade they know will cut customers off and make no attempt to warn them? Send us a letter, send us an email- you provide our email, you know our address, or try using one of the constant commercials you run about how great your service is to say "hey, if you have XXXXX modem call us to get a new one before the upgrade". Too easy for me to figure out, but too complicated for them- or just too much effort when you don't care about customers. (Hide)

Like right now im getting .74 Mb/s and I am suppose to be getting up to 7Mb/s. which I figure shouldnt drop under 5 I can't play my game online or watch netflix with a clear picture and I have called and complained at least 40 times for real. one lead tec came out and told me it was an amplifier but he couldn't fix it well thanks lol. Bad thing is they are the only high speed internet providers on my road cherokee way marion nc, so they arfe getting awayh with it and getting my money each month and recive good service half the time. Cable box died saturday night & I called. They were here sunday at noon and replaced cable box. I had satellite service for over 20 years and had nothing but problems and if service was needed it usually took three days to have someone come and look at problem. I have been with Morrisbroadband for over a year and am completely satisfied with their service.Friendly staff and show up fast to correct any problem. Can't say enough good about them.
