      Established in 1956, Kentucky-based Sunspring America has long been recognized as a leader in the zinc die casting business. Sunspring America s zinc castings are produced to the highest standards; statistical process control and a vertically integrated manufacturing system are part of an extensive quality assurance effort. In addition, the company specializes in close-tolerance machining, buffing and chrome plating and is pursing ISO registration. Sunspring America is also affiliated with Morgantown Plastics Company, a leading plastic injection-molding manufacturer that produces close-tolerance, molded-only parts and assemblies from many types of resins. Both companies are major suppliers to the plumbing products industry for which zinc castings, as well as plastic parts and assemblies, must be critically dimensioned while retaining high cosmetic appeal. Sunspring America is located in Henderson, Ky.
