Stay away. . He is not competent and perhaps dishonest. As others have said, he does not listen to his customers. I left him 2 computers to fix along with 2 identical computers to take parts from. One needed the key board switched and the other needed the screen replaced. He finally gave me the one with the keyboard supposed switched only, when I got it home it would not boot. It was fine except for the keyboard when I bought it in. I believe he damaged the hard drive while repairing the key board. I believe he damaged the hard drive while repairing the key board. Today I went back to get the computer with the broken screen. He could not find it and gave me 3 junk computers in place It is. Many others have stated that he loses things. No wonder he couldn't find stuff as his shop is in such disarray that it is a fire and health hazzard. In addition, he ripped me off of $120 without fixing a single computer . If I could give him a lower rating than 1 star I certainly would. This is not the first time he fixed my computers but did not. Several years ago a computer he fix died as soon as I got it home. I truely regret that I decided to give him a second chance.Take my advice and find someone else to repair your equipment

I've known Steve for many years. I bring any electronics that I want to keep to Steve for repairs. He is fair and trustworthy. I'd recommend anyone to bring their business to him!

we have an large old zenith rear projection TV picture became snowy and unclear. Steve came out at 6 pm one night return 1 day later with part and fixed our set. picture is as clear and sharp as it has ever been.

I have a Samsung 40" LED flat screen that lost it's picture but had voice, I was not about to throw it out and buy a new one as it was only five years old and it had a great picture. I brought it into Steve's Electronics and within one week he fixed the problem and I had my beautiful TV back in excellent working order. He was a pleasure to do business with, he definitely knows his electronics. The repair cost was very reasonable, I couldn't have replaced the TV for what I paid to have it fixed. So if you have a TV that you absolutely love and it's giving you a problem, before you think about discarding it I highly recommend that you bring it to Steve for his evaluation, you won't be disappointed. To any doubter.....DON'T DOUBT!!!! Called in the AM...Tech was promised after 4:00pm and I was called and told when and where the Tech was. He arrived at 5:30. Not to mention severe thunderstorms going on. Our Tech was polite and respectful and fast. One hour later we were up and running. Cost was more than reasonable.

If you need repairs...service before buying new..and this is the place to call.

I had my TV fixed by Steve 3 years ago and it still working, i was looking for his telphone number in the YP. for my 2yr old toshiba lcd which just broke. i couin'.t believe the bad reviews he got., Any way ,my toshiba lcd tv got repaired the same day. . i picked it up the next day ... don't belive these saboteurs. go steve . go steve. go steve..... I made an appointment for this company to come to my house and repair a TV and they never called or showed up after making the appointment. I called to find out if he was running late, or needed directions, but was never called back. I would not recommend using them.
