Tried calling Harrisonville, Mo Vision Center to make an appointment and all the recording says is they are closed and to call back during normal business hours. Well when is that? Looked on their Web site and IT doesn't even have days and hours open. How is someone to know when to call back when your recording or web site doesn't have days and hours you are open?

I hope Target sends a BIG thank you to WalMart for all the business they send to them. I am so sick of all the cars parked in front of the building and no one does a thing about it. Then if you have to return something be sure and bring your lunch beacause it takes them forever to figure out what to do and get it done. At the service desk there will be 4 or 5 people standing and talking and one person doing returns and yes the line is very long. If you go in the morning you will find 15 people jumping up and down and yelling and one person checking people out and the line is at least 6 people deep. Then they want to check your $180 order piece by piece and that line is very, very long. They also expect you to pick each piece up and place it in another cart. Try and follow Target's return--you walk in and return it and you are done. As for me and my friends Target gets our business. If you can just check and find out what I spend at WalMart each week. I have 4 super walmarts

Wal Mart being rude and refuse to appraise and promote employees

The management, assistant manage, CSM and door greeter are so rude. I have several nieces, nephews and cousins working for Wal Mart, you know that not all store works on the same guidelines...management decides the guidelines, and refuse to promote employees that has been there several years. The Wal Mart SuperCenter under the management of Charlie, all employees are very nice. Even management talks to you and say hello. They make the time to talk to customers. Rosenberg/Richmond they don't have time to do nothing except walk around the store or go outside.Very rude to customers, don't schedule employees when busy time, customer service lines are always long not enough cashiers, and never promotes and always cutting hours and hiring new employee.They need to take care of the employee that they have now. Management hit someone and they only got a couple days off without pay and return. Now if someone else did that they would of got FIRED. Wal Mart on Grand PKWY, neither has any problems

walmart sucks

I too, have experienced unbelievable service, very rude, did I say rude, that is not the word to describe customer service at jordan landing's walmart, they totally suck, they have the worst cust service reps, mean, rude, unhelpful, never available when u really need some help. they should close that walmart down!!!!!!!!!

My complains about wal-mart in general is that the whole entire store has no customer service what's so ever!!! My mom needed her insulin sahe called it in aleast 4 days ahead of time and they would say that they would have it the next day and they basically lied they would say that they didn't have it and to come back the next day and when I did they still told me when I called to check up on it and they sayed it would in be ready at 2:00 so when I went to pick it up they turned around and sayed that they didn't have it, it wasn't ready after being in line for about 15 min. and people were just getting in front of other people who were in line for a long period of time.So that day we called H.E.B and they got the information from wal-mart and they had my mom's insulin ther and ready for her to pick it up within 20 min. what a shame that is!!!!!!!!!!!! So the moral of my complain of wal-mart in eagle pass tx. is that it SUCKS big time!!!!!!!!!!!!
