We visited the Harrison location for a simple ADHD diagnosis for my daughter. We paid our bill in the office directly after the appointment ( over $300)! We have been receiving bills in the mail for the same appointment, I thought this must have been a mistake and they now have turned the account over to collections even though I have the receipt proving payment. I have called every phone number and every location trying to resolve this matter and have gotten no help at all. I have been hung up on, put on hold with no one to answer the other end, and given the run around! Don't even get me started with the diagnosis. The "professional" that diagnosed my daughter talked down to her and came across very rude! She was so zonked out on medication she seemed zombie or robotic like. This place is a circus on the clerical/administrative end! I have seen junkies and low lives on government money getting 2 hour diagnosis sessions and 5 star treatment, but if you come from a respectable family with private insurance be prepared to pay OUT OF POCKET, 1 hour diagnosis, and crappy treatment!
