      This evening, June 2, I visited your buffet with my family of five people. I drove 30 minutes to visit for dinner and then do some shopping. Towards the end of my meal, I visited the ice cream bar. I took one small pump of hot fudge and it literally exploded all over my arm and brand new shirt. Needless to say I was very upset. Upon examination of the hot fudge machine, the employees found it was empty causing the explosion. I spoke to three employees in the buffet area and was then referred to a store manager. The store manager I spoke to was Al Starman. Quite frankly, Mr. Starman is the worst manager of a business establishment I have ever dealt with. His customer service skills are non-existent. From the start of our conversation, he accused me of playing with the hot fudge machine causing it to malfunction. He said he knows his equipment and it would never malfunction on its own. He didn't take the time to question the employees to find out what was wrong with it. The entire conversation he had a smirk on his face and was laughing at me for being upset about some chocolate on my shirt. I asked him to make good for my brand new shirt and he refused. He claimed that in 20 years of management he never had to make good for some on chocolate on a shirt and he wasn't going to do it tonight either. He also refused to refund me for my dinner which I could not finish because I was so upset at how he belittled me. I am appalled at the way I was treated by Mr. Starman, he had absolutely no regard for the treatment of a customer. He allowed me to leave Hennings irate and he didn't care. I have never been to another business whether restaurant or retailer that hasn't offered in some way to make good to an upset customer. The rest of my party was not finished eating either, but we left immediately after the belittlement by Mr. Starman. I could not take one more minute of being in his establishment.I truly hope Mr. Starman is spoken to about this situation and given some more extensive customer service training. I will never return to Hennings and I will make sure that others are aware that the customer is not always right at Hennings, you will be belittled if you need to voice a concern.

      The best thing I can say about this place is the character and work attitude of the people here are excellent. Great service, great store, what more can you ask for!

      When shopping for grocery items, I would rather be here than anywhere. It is close to our place and it is very neat and clean.

      I love this store for lunch and dinner, sometimes Sunday brunch. They have a hugh buffet with soup, salad, hot foods and desserts. Or try the sandwich and pizzeria shop for fresh made pizza slices or panini. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious
