I have been going here for years. My parents bring our boxers here. My boyfriend and I just got a new puppy and brought her here to be checked out. The service was HORRIBLE!!! The vets name that came in to check out the puppy was such a rude snobby person. She acted like it was a bother to help us and she treated our puppy just she was just annoying. This vet is beyond expensive as well. I would not recommend anyone who has a large breed dog to have their pet viewed by Crystal.

Since I moved to Hanover in 2010 my dog had had some serious health issues. He became diabetic and needs a special diet and insulin. His diet issues also involve prevention of kidney stones. He has had 2 surgeries for stone blockage. He has IBS controlled with meds. Most recently he lost his eye due to an accident and the Doctors and staff were so supportive and caring with my dog. I highly recommend Clearview. They are the best.

The doctors and staff of Clearview have always been understanding and helpful when we visit with our dog. She has on-going allergy and skin issues, so we have seen them a lot in the past few years! We are very happy with the care that our pets have received over the years.

I have taken my pets to Clearview for several years, and have always recieved the best care! The staff is always very caring and compassionate especially in tough times. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet!

My cat went in for surgery because of a tumor. They told us she did not wake up from her surgery because she was "old" but they LIED. She had no signs of surgery..They left her alone over night to bleed to death. I also have met people in person & online who had similar issues with Clearview. I guess they didn't think people would come across each other & compare stories. Many people have lost their pets do to the lack of care at Clearview. One dog was only a year old, another was just having a tooth pulled & they lost their lives. Oh & if you are not made of money they will be very rude. PLEASE do not go here..I wouldn't trust them with a frog.

I am a new dog owner and don't have much experience with animals. The receptionists and doctors at Clearview Animal Hospital were very patient and helpful when we came for our first visit. I had a ton of questions and they gave me a lot of helpful information about how to take the best care of my new puppy. I would highly recommend them!

I have been going to Clearview for several years, and I think they are the best. The techs there are always so friendly and helpful. They always make you feel comfortable, even in tough times. The doctors are also very caring. I have also found them to be very reasonably price. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!!!

They give you the run-around if you want to order meds online. I have been going there for years and have always been treated well, that is until I wanted to purchase my pet's meds elsewhere! Since then I have gotten the run-around, charged for unnecessary tests, and still they have not sent my prescription in! They have asked me to drive back to their office 2xs now since I have asked them to send in this prescription over a month ago. Two weeks ago I was told it was ready and they would take care of it. NOT! Now they are telling me I needed to pick it up when I was in. When I was in they told me they needed to mail it in. Now I got a phone call where they have refused to mail it in and they said I either need to pick it up?? or they will mail it to me. This is crazy! Thanks Clearview, for nothing!

Im new to bringing animals to vets. I called and asked for a quote for a check up and a rabies shot. They said 35 for the check up and 20 for the rabies shot. So I figured that would be the set price for the visit. I left the cat off with my girlfriend, the night before they called and told me to bring in paperwork and a stool sample. When my gf got there, they didn't not know what the appointment was for. I figured it was miscommunication. The vet was nice, but for some reason when we got the bill they charged for a FVR-C vaccine (that i had no clue about) and for the stool sample. That they told me to bring, racking my bill up to 89 dollars. As far as I know I think they like to take advatnage of there customer.

I have taken my 12 year old dog to this place since I've had him. He recently developed some issues, following a Lyme Vaccination, and it progressively got to the point of him not being able to walk right on his back legs. The vet I saw there refused to acknowledge my research on side effects of the lyme vaccine and she became defensive when I questioned it more, because they could find nothing wrong to be causing his symptoms. Her response was tell me that I could get my dogs file copied and go elsewhere. Here I was wondering if I am about to lose my dog and she didn't have a bit of empathy. My concerns for $$ also put her off, though I agreed to what tests they did. I was told there was nothing else they could do, with no care in the world. I got his files copied and after 20+ years of patronizing them, I will never return or recommend them. They used to be awesome, but over the years they have had new vets come and go and it has not been for the good of the practice.
