Tuncay and his brother, Tim, are the best. I've been seeing them for over 10 years. I've moved twice in that time, and have had two children who I also take there. The care he takes and shows towards my two girls, as well as myself, are second to none. They never once cried or anything, and that meant the world to me. I can't thank him and his staff enough for the great service they give to us.

GOKHAN HAS NEVER HAD A LICENSE! NEVER!



His APPRENTICE license expired in 2012. He continues to cut and color hair, however.



How do I know all this you ask? BECAUSE HE RUINED MY HAIR.



He said he could get my dark brown hair gray. Lies. He botched the bleach job, putting it on my roots and scalp first. Then he kept combing my SCALP with a fine tooth comb while the bleach was on. Then even though he hadnt lightened my hair enough and he didn't have the color I wanted- he died my hair.



I came out an ash blonde... not gray... and a green ash blonde no less. The coloring was horribly uneven to boot. There were some platinum blonde (silver) strands, some gray, some blonde, some green, some yellow etc etc.



In an effort to fix his coloring error he razored the ends of my hair. Leaving me with an uneven mop bob on my head that won't fall nicely for anything now that its grown half an inch.



I tried to go back for them to fix it, but Gokhan could not find the color. He also denied my hair was green and would not even see me! He cancelled my repair appointment with less than half an hours notice and said he would call me.



I ended up going elsewhere for the repair. It was unrepairable, however, so I had to improvise. When I went to the location for a refund; the owner LAUGHED at my hair and LAUGHED AT ME for paying for it. He refused to understand I was only at that result because of his hairdresser. That is when I decided to report them to the Cosmetology board and discovered GOKHAN HAS NO LICENSE!



RUN AWAY, NEVER GO HERE!
