if at all possible avoid this post office. the staff are unreasonable and difficult. they act as if they are doing you a huge favor by waiting on you. they NEVER answer the phone there. They will not necessarily tell you the least expensive way to mail a package, even if you specifically ask. they seem to be disgruntled and hate their jobs. the hours stated on the internet or with the 800# are inaccurate. they had a 24 hr postal machine but suddenly got rid of it. it took several months for them to remove the sign outside the building. hows that for false advertising. one employee there in particular "jane" is particularly rude and unprofessional. she once told me that she could "no longer accept mail with postage on it as it takes too long for the clerks to count it" . Are these people serious?? isn't counting a prerequisite for the job? don't they have calculators? since when does a post office not accept stamps on packages and letters?????????. I avoid this place like the plague. the lines are ridiculous, and they constantly give out misinformation. i would be happy if they closed this location. If i could give them zero stars I would!
