Service stinks. Missing components out of the car after a shotty inspection. Do your research before buying a car from these shysters. I should have. Good luck. --- Check the BBB website and the Yahoo reviews as well.
The owners do not stand behind what the salesman say. I was told that they did not have remote entries for the car I bought, and that I should go to a dealer and get them and they would reimburse me. I bought 2. After weeks of trying to get my money the owner said that their policy is to only give 1 key and remote and why should he pay me full price for the remote when he can get them at his cost. He then paid me their cost, just over $40 for what I paid over $125. Thanks for nothing. I don not recomend this dealership and I am sorry I ever delt with them.
Well I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer paid the price they wanted. They agreed to fix what needed to be fixed. But did not listen when I illustrated that the bumper needed to be fixed and painted. They were going to replace the chrome bummer which was not damaged at all. The car was promised to me on Thursday. Some excuse was given that Ford dealership whom was adding a feature did not do the work. Truck would be ready and Delivered Saturday. Well another excuse the work did not get completed. Monday was the day and they would deliver to my work for sure. In the meantime I have sold my other vehicle so now I am at work with my plates waiting for my truck to arrive after 1 pm. 3 pm rolls around and I call asking if Truck was coming. Find out it did not pass certification. Brakes need to be replaced and that Truck would not arrive. Stuck at work with no way of getting home. Kids waiting for me to cook for them and take them to Karate. Called owners and wow!!! I was greeted with

When I was looking to save money on a late model used car, Superior helped me locate a car that was not in their inventory. It's nice to work with professionals. My car looks new. I am a woman and they have a friendly way of taking care of a customer. I felt confident and they bought a car for me that was in excellent condition. They gave me a free Carfax too. Superior is AAA++++ in my book.
