Extremely negative and nasty General Manager, Eric Fusco, has completely turned me off with his testiness and outbursts. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU NEED SERVICE FROM A CONGENIAL AND COOPERATIVE COMPANY.

I can not justify giving Colley's Pools anything more than the lowest possible rating. I give the techs five stars. They are professional and honest. They get the job done quickly. But this review is not for the techs. It's for Colley's Pools & Spas who just three summers after installing a vinyl liner in my inground pool were called back out to fix a 4-inch section of the liner that had come unsecured from the coping.



I had to wait six weeks for the appointment. I directed them to the pool as soon as they arrived and went inside to boil some water in a pot as they had asked me to do (to heat the liner so that it could be stretched). I put the pot on the stove and went back outside two minutes later as the techs were walking back from the pool. They said they didn't need the water and that the job was done. They didn't use tools, just their hands. The tech said he wasn't sure about charging for the service and I said I had thought it was covered under warranty. He called his boss John Kibler, who told him the two minute repair to the liner they had installed three summers ago was NOT covered and that they were to charge me for the service call. The tech said there was nothing he he could do about it and that his boss (John Kibler) had told him to do whatever he had to do to get paid. I wrote Colley's Pools and Spas a check in the amount of $119.63, and regretted ever doing business with such a petty company.

Had them out to do a service call twice already. Had pump replaced during the 2nd visit. The technician left saying all was good. We filled it up, turned it on and NOTHING. It doesn't work. We've called them 3 times since then for 3 days straight. Not even a return call back to say we're sorry, let us fix that. Nothing for customer service at all. The service and parts are already paid for, so I guess we are no longer a priority. By the way service calls are $80/hr each time they come. I hope you have a better experience than we have.

One of the best decisions we have ever made. The thought of an inground pool was overwhelming but Scott and the entire staff made it feel seemless. Scott not only found out exactly what i wanted be he took it to the next level. He helped me with the landscapers, concrete and fence companies. I was looking for an inground pool but what Colley's did was help create never ending memories for my family and friends.

We bought a great pool from them. Get detailed breakdown of each item. Understand there are packages but if you upgrade steps or a ladder get a value. In the event you have to return because you built your deck higher and the steps don't work you'll need it stated. Hope my $300 mistake will help you.
