I called Tati to request an appointment for a blowout service. I was quoted a price that I considered acceptable and went on down. Tati lost four stars for the following reasons: one star off for complaining that my hair is not relaxed. When I want the straight look, I get my hair blow dried.Otherwise,I wear a twist out. The 2nd star was lost to attempted rough handling of my hair in an apparent attempt to carry her point about chemical straightening. I do not do my hair with anyone's convenience in mind except my own. When I proffered my hairbrush in place of the tiny toothed comb she was dragging through my hair,she got the picture and switched.combs. 3rd star was lost to the non-stop yakking over my head the entire time, to the lass in the room & over the phone with her man .Last star was lost to reneging upon the agreed price she earlier quoted me for the service and outright lying about what was agreed upon. I don't like being lied to. I am unlikely to return.

Just had hair blown out. Like the outcome, but not the process at times at times my hair was tangled and she used both hands to pull my hair apart. That causes breakage. yes, I would sAy this was a bad experience. IM not going back. Any beautician should be able to blow out all hair types without damaging your hair In the process. Geneva
