No, they don't take MS Medicaid. I found out when I went with my mom yesterday on Nov. 27 for her Free consultation and x-ray appt. We wanted to find out more of what kinds of dentures they offered and the different textures and qualities available because Not all dentures are created equally. I asked questions regarding the texture and quality of the material that will actually hold the teeth in. I wanted the brand called: (Ivoclar Vivadent). Ivoclar Vivadent makes the teeth as well as the Dentures itself. I was searching online and was told that Affordable Dentures does offer this material but when I got there they didn't even know what kind of material I was talking about. During the consultation I was told that not all Affordable Dentures offer the same services. Instead I was shown only 1 kind of Denture with the material that was not flexible at all nor high quality. I told my mother that this material will be uncomfortable to wear because it was rock hard. I asked if there were any other options available but was told that the Dr. recommended this for my mother. The Dr. recommended a "Cast Metal Ultimate Partial." It seems to me that this place is like a one- way train. They are not really into catering to your specific needs because they acted like they didn't really care about what I wanted. They just kept pushing this one type of denture that was so cheap and bulky looking that I knew this was not the place to get my mother's dentures at. We were quoted a price for these low quality~bulky dentures for $1,945.00 that would have been made for my mother's bottom teeth. This place reminds me of those dentist that are trying to sell you a low quality denture for a high price. Whenever you go to get fitted for dentures...the Dentist is suppose to take in consideration your whole mouth...not just the section that you need the partial or dentures placed in. And the Dentist is suppose to do that first in order to ensure that you get the perfect and most comfortable fit so you don't run into other problems down the line with your dentures. So, any other problems that you have in your mouth needs to be dealt with first before you place any dentures in your mouth. But this place is not concerned about that. They don't take their time to explain in great detail the quality of their dentures nor did they know much about them when I asked them. And you can understand their attitude in their voice tone when you ask them questions. It's very unpleasant and I will not get any services done here because they made me feel very uncomfortable for expressing my needs versus what they wanted me to get. LASTLY, It's a problem when they gave my mother only one Denture to choose from. You should also look at the reviews on Google that are low rated because you will hear of stories where one woman paid $4000 for her dentures and she said it makes her lips look like she has no dentures in at all. She also mentioned that they don't fit well either. Another woman said that they didn't put her teeth in the right place. She also advised that she never had an issue with her jaw popping out of the joint till she went here. She then said that she paid for a premium set but received a basic set. Before I went to this place I didn't see the bad reviews on Google but I'm so glad I've seen them now.
