The care I received there was terrible . I was seen by an inexperienced PA who told me I wasn't sick . I have been treated for a chronic decease the with doctor for six months prior to that .

The office was in an uproar when they were questioned and I ended up in the ER before the week was out . Take my advised and don't go there . It has not helped since the practice went to Mount Carmel either . I give it one star only because there is nothing lower.

They could CARE LESS!!!!

The place used to be decent. Now it totally SUCKS.

They dont answer the phone!! When they do it's a complete run around. And nobody calls you back.

No value of a customer AT ALL!!!!

I needed a pre authorization for a prescription and dropped off a form 2 months ago. The didnt send it in, said it got lost. So we did a new one. It's been days and they claim they sent it, but insurance company says no. What AWFUL service. And you can NEVER talk to whom is at fault. I AM CHANGING DOCTORS TODAY!!!!

They truly dont care.AND if you call and get TRISH on the phone, you may as well talk to yourself. She says shes sending messages but NOBODY RESPONDS. You will call again and again. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!! if - 10 was a choice i would choose it.

Don't waste your time

I am officially done with this office. After years of poor service, I am actively looking for a new doctor for my family. Today's experience was a typical one. I called seven times in a row and got a busy signal. On the eighth call someone answered but I was immediately put on hold for 17 minutes. I requested an appointment with Dr. Peterson for what I considered to be a worrisome recurrence of illness. I was told she was booked until next Monday. Today is Tuesday- do the math. I then requested to see any doctor or PA and was told that everyone else was booked until Thursday. I ended up having to go to an urgent care and wait for several hours. Not only is scheduling a major issue, but if I do get in to see someone, I wait a minimum of 2 hours before I see anyone. The level of care and concern is poor. My daughter was misdiagnosed for 6 months before we finally got the help we needed. I will NEVER go back and will actively tell people my story so they will not waste their time either.

Still waiting

They had me show up 20 minutes early for my first appointment...so I could wait around for 40 before they called me back. I've now been here for over an hour and have yet to see a doctor. I don't think I'll be back.

I think the business was too b...

I think the business was too big for everyone to handle. I came here for Lisa Ward, CNP. She detected my problems and gave me what I needed and it';s effective.

But I'm done with this place......they have no respect on their patient's time. Just theirs, and the service they gave was horrible.

I was there on 5/30/13, they called me in on 2.25pm (my orig appt was 2.20pm, I was there 2.15p, ... pls keep in mind if you're late 5 mins, they'll decline svc to you). The nurse asked me some normal questions, etc. Then I was left alone for 50 mins, until I called the office ph# and told them what happened...and the person was surprised of my call.

5 mins later, a Lynn something, CNP, came in with her hands on her waist (acted like a prison ward), barked at me whether I still wants her to check on my problem. I told her that I have paid my co-pay up ahead and I believe my insurance was aldy charged, and Yes, she needs to gv her svc to me. She was short and curt, unpleasant woman, that didn't need to work in a care-business at all.

After that, I think to 'punish' me for my attitues, she prescribed a 875 mg amoxicillin for my common sore throat......they're big/horse pills. I never had any doctor gave me that...only 500 mg 3x/day.

I guess this is my last visit. I'm done and have enough of them treated me with disrespect, and I won't be coming here anymore. It's my health, my money and my insurance (mind you I have private ins., not medicare)...and I'm done with them.

You don't get the level of car...

You don't get the level of care that you need. I love the physician assistant; however, I feel my regular doctor should be involved with my physical. I have private insurance but I am treated like I was on medicare. One positive note though the physician assistant has it correct with the right amount of medication. I do not feel Dr Peterson has the care for her patients like Dr. Morris.

Dr Morris is the best. She is friendly and seems to care I can't get an appointment with her because my hours conflict with hers.

What is with the dog in the office. I love dogs, but should they be in a doctor's office. How sterile is that? It seems more like a clinic rather than a private doctor's office. We know that a lot of clinics are not clean.

The office staff is okay. I just think like most front-line personnel they are overworked and underpaid.

I have been with Dr Morris for...

I have been with Dr Morris for 24+ years, she delivered my youngest daughter and delivered her daughter. She treats all my grown daughters and granddaughters. We couldn't ask for a more kind and wonderful person. You feel like your a part of her family when being seen. Yes it is hard to get an appointment and the office staff is some of the rudist I have ever seen, you feel like such a bother when you approach that dang window ( which should be removed!) the window is slammed as soon as you stop talking and heaven for bid you have another question. If it wasn't for Dr Morris I would seek another physician due to the office staff!.

I absolutely adore Dr. Morris ...

I absolutely adore Dr. Morris but getting an appointment is a joke. The phones turn on at 9am and its as if you are calling in for a radio contest. The line is constantly busy so when it actually rings you jump for joy. I've not had a rude scheduler but its common practice for them to try to get you into on of the NP's instead of the actual drs. I am due to have a baby and plan on taking her there for treatment, I am just hoping that this is not a huge mistake. I thought it would be convenient for my entire family to be treated at one practice but maybe I was wrong. Also, the office hours are not convenient or flexible.

I've been seeing Dr. Morris fo...

I've been seeing Dr. Morris for about twenty years, and honestly have nothing negative to say about her. She makes you feel like a friend, not just a patient. My entire family sees her as well, and they share my views. Flowers Family Practice as a whole is a great place, warm and welcoming, and helpful when you have questions or concerns. Yes, it is difficult to get an appointment on short notice, but the doctors' packed schedules are just further proof of how wonderful they are. In addition to Dr. Morris, I've seen Dr. Flowers and Erica (physician's assistant), and had positive experiences with them as well. Oh, and can't forget Pam (Dr. Morris's nurse)-- She's amazing!!!

Def. NOT pediatric friendly

I have been going to this office for about 2 years. Since having my son, I figured it would be convienent for the whole family to go here. Well, my 5mo. son has very bad reflux but the doctor refused to prescribe him an antacid without him seeing a GI specialist. My friend's son has the same issue and her pediatrician just prescribed her an antacid and they went on their merry way. Needless to say, they cost me a 4 day hospital visit and a specialist bill just because they refused to prescribe my son the medication he needed. They seem to be constantly guessing or shooting at thin air when it comes to children. Moral of the story, get a pediatrician for your kids. You don't want someone stabbing in the dark when it comes to your little ones.

Warm Welcome and Same Day Appointments

Each time I have gone into the Flowers Family Practice I have been given a warm welcome and enjoyed a friendly atmosphere. In addition, they have been very accommodating with same day appointments. I have recommended this practice to several of my friends.

Receptionist Rude

It seems like everytime i call and everytime i go in the receptionists are rude to me. I would like to know what i did to deserve such rude service. The doctors and nurses once you go to the back are exceptionally nice and caring but in the waiting room i feel like i am unwanted and i get snapped at almost everytime. I just called to change an appoitment and i got hung up on while waiting on hold for 5 minutes when i called back the lady was rude about changing my appointment and when she was done she just hung up. I had another question but i guess i wasnt allowed to speak anymore. If this was a one time thing i wouldnt be complaining but it happens almost everytime. I know people have bad days but get over it. I work in a resturaunt and i know for a fact that if i treated any of my customers the way i get treated by the receptionists i would be fired in a heart beat no questions asked. They tell us to leave your problems at the door dont bring them in with you. There is however one receptionist that seems to be nice everytime the shorter of them, not sure her name but she could be an example for the other two ladies.
