Should be able to rate no stars. Disappointed in the service, driver never delivers my packages to my home. I just received notification that my package had been delivered. I called my home and was told by my husband that the UPS truck came into our road, but, stopped at the first house and didn't bother to come to my house. On one occasion he actually dropped the package off in Greenwood at my neighbor's job.

I wish could give no stars. UPS is a bunch of nonsense with horrible service. I'm about to cancel my service with cspire for sending my phone thru this company!

If I could give a rating less than one star I would!! How IN the world can u not have a direct phone number to the instituion? Horrible!! This is the second time I have request that my package be delivered to Jackson and then had the package shipped from jackson to greenwood, and back to jackson! What is the purpose of this? Horrible!! Just Horrible! UGH!! I want to pull my hair out!
