Med 1 Solutions should send out updated statements via email when a payment is coming due. They have no system in place to notify a person when a payment is coming due and it is sometimes easy to forget. I feel they potentially set the client up for failure.

I paid $50 that I owed In June and Med1 has bothered us ever since.We have done everything to get this resolved and nothing has worked.They have no record of us paying this.We have a statement from our bank showing where it was paid.I am not paying this again!!!!

I paid $920 voluntary on a $1410 bill. Changed banks and by the time they garnished my pay I owe almost as much as in the beginning with lawyer fees and interest !! Thie rep put me on hold for over 10 min !! This company iis a rip off !!!

refused payments less than $100 even when I told the rep I had just been laid off. They now take 100 out of my checking every month and never send any confirmation or contact information if I have questions or if I need proof of if its paid. The only confirmation of payment I get is my own bank statements.

One of the worst companies in the country, unqualified reps that are untrained and do not know what their job is supposed to be. It is about time the FTc both the federal and state chapters look at these people.
