This place is really a great bridal place. I had an amazing experience here. I got my dress, veil, shoes, alterations, ect. and also bms dresses from here and every single time they always treated me great. They made sure I was taken care of. I worked in the bridal industry for around 5 yrs so I knew what to look for. I've witnessed a customer being very rude to one of the employees. I listened to the whole conversation and it was no where near the consultants fault. If people need help with something they need to ask. These people aren't mind readers. And sometimes people forget they're even people. I personally Loved my experience though and I will recommend them to all my friends.

I had an awful experience. The staff was all excited to help... until they discovered I already had a dress and only needed a veil. They directed me (pointed) to the back wall and said "They're over there". No help with style or length - all the staff stayed up front at the desk talking. Once it was discovered I would only be spending around a $100 instead of a $1000 all interest in me as a customer walked out the door. Needless to say, I didn't buy my veil there - solely because of how they treated me!

THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION AND A GREAT STAFF. THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP YOU OUT. WHETHER ITS PROM OR A WEDDING THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO START LOOKING.
