I would like to thank Ms. Tabitha and her boss: Ms. Lillian for helping me to replace my glasses in a very short time while I was visiting South Carolina. Your store leadership to take care of America's best customer when is needed, have shown great customers relation to keep me happy. Ms. Tabitha was very polite and made me feel very comfortable to do business with your company. I don't leave in the state of South Carolina but 99% of my family members are born in resided there. I will tell them about the top quality assistant you and your boss. Ms. Lilliam provided me at your store. I highly recommend your business.

Horrible first time experience. Made an appt and still waited an hour and a half to be called. I gave the lady my insurance as soon as I walked in. She said she would verify it. But when came time to pay they charged me without insurance. Then they had to credit it back which took another half hour. In The meantime 3 different people came over trying to get me to pay again. To top it all off its been two weeks and I haven't heard a peep about when my glasses would be ready. Never ever would I go there again.

Would not recommend to friends or family. The initial appointment took over 2 hours (waited 1 1/2 hrs past my appt time). The dr changed the brand of contact which irritated my eyes, so when I called back to inquire about going back with my original brand, I was told that I would need to pay for another exam to be refitted. Also, you can't order contacts over the phone... You have to go into the store and order in person or order online. Very inconvenient.

I have only had good experiences at America's Best. The only thing I can say that needs to be improved upon is when you glasses or contacts arrive they need to have a better system on letting the customer know.

cant get them on the phone when you make calls . to fine out about there glasses . which is bad for there business
