This place just made my day! I'd heard from lots of friends that I needed to visit this shop because of it's distinct style. "Distinct style" was an understatement! FABULOUS! It's a small shop but it really captures an unmistakable atmosphere. Flowers were gorgeous and completely unique. I bought a bouquet for my sister, a doorstop for myself, and a pair of earrings for a friend. Plus (yes, there's a plus!), they wrapped each of my items up with beautiful paper and ribbon. Truly a special place that I now have as one of my absolute favorite shopping spots!

Ivy League and Country Bridal / the alteration lady had my gown a perfect fit and the florist here was a good listener to what styles of flowers I wanted! Nice ladies to work with!

The flowers were really fresh and beautiful and lasted over 2.5 weeks. A friendly clerk helped me and I felt good about the purchase and felt even better after I saw what was delivered. Haven't had the best experiences buying flowers from other shops in the past but this shop has me as a loyal customer from now on. They've got it figured out. Friendly, beautiful flowers, honest, good prices, unique shop. Everyone in town talks highly of this shop and now I know why. They've gotten a great reputation and have worked hard to earn it. This place is great!

I can't possibly express enough what a treasure this shop is to our downtown. I always used to imagine what it would be like to have my own flower shop and hoped someday that it would become a reality. Once this shopped opened, though, I've thrown out my dreams about having my own shop---and I'm happy about it! My shop dreams couldn't begin to compare to what this shop is and what they do----it's amazing! They do everything perfect and the owner truly has a gift. The shop is filled with vintage things, fresh flowers and little plants. It's not at all a big shop but it doesn't need to be--it's quiant! The flowers that the owner, Katie, creates are very beautiful and definitely have a "look". I think her work looks like it came straight from the garden and I can always identify an Ivy League arrangement. If you ever get the chance to visit in person I highly encourage you do so and if you are calling from out of town to place an order I can promise that they won't disappoint!

This shop is perfect. Ordered a centerpiece and was thrilled with it. Unusual flowers and greenery and it smelled wonderful. It looked like it should grace the cover of a magazine, just beautiful! The flowers got more attention at my dinner party than the food I had slaved away on! I highly recommend this shop if you want beautiful work and sweet service. -Ms. Julie

I live out of town and visit my grandmother a few times out of the year. I try to bring her flowers when I visit simply because it brightens her day. I decided to try this shop and was so pleasantly suprised by the experience. Wonderful flowers with unusual varieties and vivid colors. They suggested that I trust them to choose a container for the flowers. Their container of choice was a green antique vase that just made the whole bouquet perfect. My grandmother loved the flowers so much she kept me updated weekly about how the different varieties were opening and changing. Those flowers lasted for over 3 weeks and gave my grandma so much enjoyment. Now, I'm sure she knows all the secrets on how to keep the flowers freshest for the longest amount of time but she never spoke so highly of an arrangement that I've brought to her....and she was a florist for 28 years. Just thought I'd share my experience.

I was very pleased with the package this shop prepared for me. I did not necessarily require flowers for this specific occasion and needed some advice on what to send. After a very helpful discussion they convinced me to send one of their "goody boxes" which was filled with a small fresh flower bouquet, a fresh plant, a stationary set and a luxury soap. I trusted them to put it all together and I later picked up the gift to deliver myself. I was suprised and thrilled to see that they wrapped up each item in fancy wrapping, placed it all in a cute box and tied it with a ribbon {I had not requested this special treatment}. I did absolutely nothing...and stole the show with this thoughtful gift! I really get the sense that this shop loves what they do and care about what the customer entrusts them to do. It's great to see that shops like this exsist and I'll support this one from here on out.

This little gem of a shop is the best kept secret in town. Gorgeous flower varieties and very beautiful approaches to designing. I'm a big city girl at heart so their attention to detail, care and artistic vision makes me swoon. I was offered choices in containers like antique compotes and pewter urns, you don't just get a generic vase! Even the enclosure card was unique...I think it was hand stamped with a beautiful bird and leaf. Obviously I am impressed and can't seem to say enough about this shop!

Highly recommended . Always fresh flowers and distinctive design. Prices are very reasonable. Katie will work with you and come up with the 'just perfect' arrangement within your price range. There are many other eclectic items in her show room. Items can be delivered for a reasonable fee. Ivy League also has high quality artificial flower arrangements for your home decor. A visit to Ivy League puts sunshine in your day!
